Went there with my friends and we really liked it. I do feel like since it's new it's a bit overhyped, food was good but menu prices were a hit expensive in my opinion. Everything we ordered was good and tasted fresh, but nothing overwhelming, will probably come back to try more menu items.

When you step inside Casadonna, you feel like you have stepped into an elegant, upscale Old World Italian palace. It is romantic and beautiful. The dinner guests are dressed in their finest. A great place for special dates or special celebrations. We were celebrating a special friend's birthday. We had high hopes that our first time here would be everything we hoped for. Our server came over and introduced himself and dropped off menus. For 45 minutes, we waited for our water glasses. Poof! went our balloon. Slow service, not enough servers, is what we noticed. All was not bad because the food was delicious! Thank goodness. Thing improved after that. We were there for their brunch. I ordered the New York Strip with eggs. My daughter had the same. Our birthday girl ordered the pasta with vegetables dish. Along with the brunch, we were given various appetizers, like Whipped Ricotta Toast, Prosciutto plate, Organic greens, Roasted beets, and Smoked Salmon It was perfect, filling, and delicious! We ordered Ferrari wine and another wine, whose name I have forgotten. Soft Italian music was playing in the background. We enjoyed the elegance of the evening. Parking is by valet.

Beautifully decorated restaurant in an old building (former Miami Women's Club) with gorgeous water views, excellent focaccia, craft cocktails, and all the usual favorite menu items. This combined Groot Hospitality and Tao Group Hospitality concept made sure all the popular food items made it to the menu: grilled octopus, tuna carpaccio, caesar salad, mediterranean branzino, lamb chops, etc. seem to be on every menu in Miami, as of late . While you won't see anything creative on this menu, we tried the Dover Scallops, the Chicken Diavolo, and the (campanelle) Bolognese, and they were all hits at our table . I hear brunch is the next move!

This review is for dinner. I'm kind of surprised by the lackluster reviews. I definitely think this restaurant is worth checking out. The ambiance is amazing and the restaurant is beautiful. The inside is pretty, but highly recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice. Great spot for larger groups. Recommend for a pre-going out spot or just a fun dinner with friends. It's trendy without feeling kitschy and feels elevated without feeling pretentious. Dress to impress. Service was great. Tried a lot of the menu (can't even remember what I got!) but I enjoyed all the food.

Great ambiance and romantic spot, I love outside (weather permitting). Everything is a little on the pricey but that's expected. The salt crusted branzino is great, forgot to take a photo, but it's enough for 2 with a side and appetizer. The octopus is also great! For dessert we had both the chocolate hazelnut torte and the delize limon (?) which is the signature. The torte was actually my favorite. It's very rich and serves a larger piece than i was expecting. I've been here several times but would come here more for drinks/vibe more so the food.

This brunch was absolutely fantastic. I think in terms of food quality and quantity for the price is one of the best deals in town, specially because it also includes cocktails that actually taste like alcohol. To begin the place is a dream come true, every space is perfect and stunning. And don't get me started on the view, surrounded with greenery and orchids. Just wow. Also the interior space is spectacular, we are definitely coming back to have dinner inside. For 85$ dollar you get first get 5 appetizers served family style, portions and quality were great, my favorite were the beet salad, the toast and the cured salmon, so nice and delicate. Then you can pick a main dish, they have several options to pick from pastas, to sweet brunch items to amazing proteins. And the perfect ending, a dessert spread which included a delicious tiramisu and wonderful gelatos We picked the Blue Crab Benedict and the winner of the lunch, the spectacular filet mignon, with a delicious sauce and a perfect portion that we were able to share. You can upgrade the experience paying a bit extra for champagne and wine, and also some great enhancements like a seafood tower or caviar. Service was nice and attentive, and alcohol was constantly being refilled which I think is key in this all inclusive brunch experience. Lots of great foods, lots of great drinks, lots of fun We love it and highly recommend it. The place was very busy with the best vibes and happy people
